This was my 3rd time going here (and booking it through Wahanda), and was satisfied again. Each time I've had my hair cut by Josie, who is super friendly and patient with my questions. My style is pretty straightforward (medium, straight, no layers), so it's not super challenging, but it looks good and I'm happy :)

Your mum will be proud of you if you go to Miranda for a haircut every 2 months. What the heck, bring your mum too!
After reading the reviews I booked an appointment with Josie and I am so glad that I did. She was cheerful, and happily helped me pick out a new haircut that would be easily maintained and suitable. Josie told me how much she would need to trim to make my hair healthy, and what's more kept to that amount. Rare in a hairdresser.

The staff were super friendly, and the environment is relaxing. However, with regard to the blow dry itself, unfortunately it was only average. The stylist did not wash the lower back of my head (even when I asked her to), so I needed to end up washing it again the next day (when I was hoping it would last a few days). Also, it went frizzy later on in the day, so think it was a bit rushed, to dry thoroughly. In fairness, it was a hot day! I have been to the salon before with a very positive experience, so perhaps it's worth another go.
