It is a shame that I am have given this a negative rating, but there was just no coordination between Treatwell and the Barbershop itself. I booked for a gel pedicure but only received a gel polish, I felt sorry for the beauty therapist as she did not know what was going on and was trying her best to resolve the matter. Her work was 5* and I am happy with my gel polish - but I wouldn't re visit the salon or recommend this to anyone. End of the day I didn't receive the treatment which I had purchased which was a gellux pedicure.
Therapist was very nice and understood her comments on what was preventing her from doing the complete treatment, however was still frustrated I didn't get what I had gone in for. Perhaps I should have been more decisive. . .
I was disappointed that I wasn't offered anything to remove residue wax - so went home sticky! Not what I have experienced elsewhere.
I was offered a follow up treatment free of charge, which demonstrated good customer service, however I resolved the issue myself by purchasing a home waxing kit and finishing the job.
