I scheduled and paid for my appointment ahead of time. When I showed up to the shop, the 'OPEN' sign was turned on yet the door was locked and nobody was inside. I waited for some time and even checked back over an hour later and still nobody was there. Never got my haircut and I'm trying to get my money back. Unfortunate scenario; I can't recommend.
