I've been waxed by Lucy a couple of times now, and am truly impressed with her service. She is a kind, compassionate person who is very easy to talk to and she really listens to what you want and does her utmost to make you feel at ease having a service that is, after all, quite difficult to enjoy! Her room is pleasant, spacious and relaxing, and I hope to visit it again to enjoy other treatments from Lucy's menu.

Lucy was so welcoming and I instantly felt at ease in her company. This was the first time I had gone to get a wax so was a little nervous, but she was great and my legs feel fabulous!
