Considering all the previous reviews, I was really underwhelmed by my experience at bare. Firstly, the therapist only used the hot wax for a very small section, the rest was strip waxed. Most of the hairs were still there when she asked me to look, I had to ask for her to continue. I had the impression they were working on an in-out basis, not really paying much attention to clients; my appointment lasted 10 minutes and this showed in the final result. I don't know if I was seen by a different therapist on the day of my appointment but my experience was certainly nothing like those in the reviews.
