While the staff were lovely, I left with two nails that immediately starting lifting on the side and one nail's polish was not smooth; containing marks/ divots etc. The gel polish isn't very shiny either. Also, the description for the gel polish manicure states that the mani comes with removal but doesn't say your previous gel must be from bare. I found this unfair as the entire mani cost £38 quid (most removals cost £8 so the removal cost is clearly added to the price already) I also explained to the staff how the website didn't specify that the previous shellac must be from Bare so she kindly did not charge me extra. I am not sure why it was so expensive either but the reviews were quite high so I gave it a go.
