Tried giving this salon a third chance given that I live locally and wow I wish I listened to the poor reviews. Booked a shellac manicure, arrived to only one member of staff who told me she could prep my nails but not paint them as that member of staff was on her way. I thought ok that’s fine. My nails were filed awfully and when removing cuticle skin I told the lady that she was hurting my skin, she didn’t listen and pulled again and my nail bed started bleeding. I arrived expecting a shellac manicure and have left with poorly filed nails, no polish and a bleeding nail bed. AWFUL

Worst service ever speaking about me in own language because half was English half was in own language really unhappy also after 3 days my nails had started to lift
