Eyelash tint was wonderful, brows not so much. Huge staining all around which I had to scrub VERY hard to get off. Thank goodness I was going straight home afterwards.
Also, although there were no issues per se, there was very little interaction between the therapist and myself. She just didn’t have very good customer service.
Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting
As soon as the treatment was finished I have opened my eyes and realised there is a hair stuck to my lashes right in front of my eye. I was told not to touch it as the glue is still wet? As soon as i left the shop i tried to get the hair that was irritating me and as i pulled it off it took half of my lashes out with it. I went back to the shop, the lady redone the eye for me and i left. The treatment was done at 5:30pm and by 10pm i had no lashes left. I didn’t even touch them, they all literally fell out.
