I always pop here for my quick wax/thread appointments. My therapist this time didnt know that I was booked in for hot wax rather than strip wax and i very nearly got the wrong one if i hadnt seen her walk towards me with the strips. I was also charged more than my booking amount but i was too polite not to mention this to the therapist 🙈

Beautician didn't answer the door because she was breast feeding out the back. Poor service!

Was not left waiting for long before the appointment. The therapist was good - very quick, very friendly. The ambience was let down a bit by alot of noise.

Got to the venue only to find a sign saying they were in the middle of a treatment and to come back later. I did not receive a phone call to reschedule before my appointment time or after. Not very happy!
