Ladies' Haircuts
I had specifically booked the appointment ahead of a big event the same evening. Usually leaving the salon feeling a million dollars I thought I’d give this one a go as it was close to home and had great reviews. Although the stylist was extremely friendly and polite, I was disappointed that I left the salon not achieving the style that I had shown pictures of (during the consultation I was told that this ‘look’ could be achieved - a wavy lob). I specifically booked a wash, cut and blow dry and usually would receive a proper blow dry and style (the stylist would use some sort of heat protection/prepping/finishing products too). Unfortunately I only received a rough dry and then had my hair tonged straight after. The result was a length achieved, but the styling was nothing I had asked for, it was flat, limp with tight corkscrews. I had to go home and re style it myself which was ironic as I expected a professional to be so much more capable of achieving the look I wanted rather than myself. If I had known this prior to the appointment, I would have opted for a cheaper wash & cut.

The high hair-styling and colouring standards at Barnaby's don't slip. I have been going for many years and have yet to leave disappointed. Hattie is fab! But I have also been very pleased with the talented Luis.
