Good haircut but incredibly slow. 15 minute wait for my hair to be washed and then another 10 minutes sat waiting with wet hair before the hairdresser started cutting. Then before blow drying my hair she had to nip to the loo for 5 minutes - I understand that you can’t always help that, but it meant I was in there for 1hr45mins for just a cut and blow dry, which is pretty ridiculous.
Would go back but would make sure I didn’t have any other plans for the day!

I really liked how friendly and mindful the staff was, the hair cut was exactly what I wanted. Before starting to cut she asked me what I had in mind and the lady was checking with me every now and then to make sure I was happy with the process and the result so far.
