I asked for a couple more strands of my hair to be highlighted (I had a light balayage spill) and I got an ombre. I definitely may not have communicated well but the hairdresser was really nice and let me come back to fix pieces of it. Ambience and cleanliness is also lacking here - the hairdresser was blow drying the guy next to me and all his cut hair got on my face and in my drink...
