I've had my hair highlighted and cut twice at Barnabys by two different stylists. I was really happy with both the first time, however, the second time I was pressured into getting highlights lighter than I wanted as I was told it was the only way I could get them as ashy as I wanted. I now have hair lighter than I wanted that's not particularly ashy.
