Experience was pleasant. Hattie was great, and very personable and I’m pleased with the end result. My only comment is that I had to wait a while before my treatment started, I said I was ok to wait assuming 10-15 mins, but ended up waiting approx. 50 mins before my treatment started.

Salon is fine, a bit cramped. 45 mins is too short for haircut wash and blow dry as it was rushed at the end with confusion who was finishing my cut/style. Had to fix a few bits myself at home e.g. cutting missed strands and straightening bits out that hadn’t been properly done in the blow dry. I got a good deal by booking through Treatwell but in future I’ll spend the extra £10/20 and travel further.
