Went in for a wash and haircut. Hair was washed with cold water, I got bangs which were cut uneven and very thin. The lady I saw said she was going to put layers at the front but didn't and just dried my hair after cutting a little on each side. Was only in the salon for around 20 mins. Overall very disappointing experience.
