I have been to so many hairdressers in London over the last 20 years and none of them have ever been close to how good Shiv is. He sat and listened to what I wanted, he explained it back to me showing me exactly what he was going to do with my hair to make sure he had fully understood the look I was after and THEN and this is the amazing part, during the cut he checked with me BEFORE cutting off the length so he knew I was sure about it. I'm never going to anyone else! Thank you Shiv!
