Serline was lovely and the shape of the cut is nice. However we agreed on cutting an inch off of my hair when I left the salon I realised much more than an inch was cut off and this is whilst my hair was styled straight which means if I want to leave it natural (curly) it will be even worse. It’s a shame cause I usually have a good experience however this time it fell short
