I had booked my appt online, before I got there I called and spoke to Kat that I would be arriving around 5 or 10 minutes later. I arrived there just 5 minutes later and she starting asking me why I have booked it online and she stated the website was wrong about the price and wanted charge me £3 more, she continued to complain about my few minutes later while was washing my hair. It was very poor washing. Anyway I will not go back there anymore. There are more trouble issues, but no space here.

One of the best experiences I've had at a salon! Kat was so lovely, down to earth and attentive. She listened to what I wanted, especially when it came to cutting the ends off. Love my hair! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back in future! Thanks again Kat :)
