Kat was brilliant - she took very good care of me and made me feel at ease as I’d never been to Barnett’s before. She understood exactly what I wanted with very little explanation. She was efficient and lovely. She got my blonde just right and I loved the cut and blow dry too. Hair is cured! Thanks Kat!
