Despite the staff was very nice and friendly I suspect the treatment was not exactly what I booked.
They didn't show me the products they were going to use at anytime and they didn't follow the proper treatment steps. I had watched a few videos on Youtube and in theory the treatment consisted of three different steps with different exposure times. They just washed my hair, mixed the "Olaplex" product with some nutritive hair mask and put it in my hair. Then they put heat in my head for 45 minutes, wash my hair again and dry it.
I am completely disappointed with the treatment and with how my hair looks, which is exactly the same as I came to the salon.
