Starting with the good - really lovely staff! The bad: probably the worst haircut I've ever had; the stylist didn't check where I parted my hair before she started cutting and also didn't know how the cut an asymmetrical fringe (I had to go somewhere else to fix it afterwards). I hate leaving negative reviews, especially when the staff is really lovely - including my stylist, she really did try! - but I would not go back.
