Sydney was lovely, but the treatment was awful. This is supposed to last 3 months - it didn’t even last 3 weeks. I contacted the salon to make my issues known, they didn’t care. I’m now £100 out for a treatment that didn’t deliver and am extremely disappointed with the service after pointing out to the salon that their treatment was not up to scratch in terms of quality. Very poor.
