In general underwhelming experience. I ended up doing less minutes due to overbooking and they could not refund me due to commission? They didn’t offer another time slot either. They didn’t have the appropriate eye covers or gels for after sun-bed. I wouldn’t visit again.

I was very happy with my cut and blow dry. Charlotte made me feel so comfortable, this was my first time at Basecuts and I had a great experience. I will definitely be going back to Charlotte for my next haircut. I would recommend Charlotte.
