nice place, good location. unfortunately hot water wasn't working but that wasn't their fault - due to roadworks but meant had to have my hair washed with cold water.

I had a terrible experience with my haircut. I booked a haircut with a Senior Stylist that turned out to be more like a trainee, she was very inexperienced and did a really bad job with my hair leaving it totally uneven and some bits way longer than the rest. I assumed that a "senior" stylist would be a professional but I was wrong. The place is clean but I am definitely not going back and I would never recommend it to anyone.
