Really thorough and good hair cut from Ray- kept me updated on each step and checked in with me frequently.
However general salon experience was not great. Only cash payments (I would have tipped but didn’t have enough cash so also leads to stylists missing out), no drink offered, not very welcoming environment, no head massage

Initially, I was sceptical as I wasn't sure if the blonde highlights would suit me. I have gotten soooo many compliments and attention since that, so thank you, Astrit! 😊 I'm returning for sure! 👌

Great colour and friendly hairdresser.
Not convinced about reception though, or their customer service prior to the hair appointment itself. I emailed a week before the appointment to ask how much extra a haircut would be. No response - I had to eventually phone them. Quite brusque on the phone and they did not apologise.
Then got an email from treatwell the day before, saying that my appointment had been rescheduled to 15 minutes earlier. Would have been nice if they’d asked me first.
