Charlotte was lovely. She was super considerate of what I wanted, but was also able to guide me on what would look good. She was patient and didn't rush through any part of the process. End to end it took about 70 mins, worth every penny and a good tip. Thank you Charlotte & the (hilarious) Basecuts team for your time! I love my new haircut.
