I went to Basecuts on the spur of the moment. I went from medium/long hair to a lined bob/blunt so quite a change. Char was so friendly and quickly understood what I wanted. We discussed options and agreed together rather than me trying to figure it out or her trying to push things. Got lots of tips like what hair colours might suit me, lovely and easy chat and more importantly the exact haircut I wanted if not better. Hair looks so much healthier and only got compliments !

Alma did an exceptional job! She was friendly yet very professional and kept checking in to make sure I was happy with the work as she was going along. The staff and atmosphere in general also had a really positive vibe at Basecuts. I'll definitely be visiting again (particularly for Alma!).
My only minor suggestion is to include the different length cuts on the treatwell website as I could only see the short/ medium hair cut option but my hair was quite long (but was taken care of at the salon)
