Nice and friendly. The hairdressers had visors on and took your temperature on entry. You have to wear a mask but they were not wearing masks. Would have appreciated if the staff were wearing masks too. Lots of hand sanitiser around. Not offered any water or tea or coffee which is fair enough I guess. Hairdresser was a little rough and treatment only took 1 hour which is much quicker than usual. She also gave me a free trim which was lovely. Haven’t washed out treatment yet
