I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour then I finally got a stylist to do my hair but had to pay extra because my hair is long. Most annoyingly I was told at the end I had to pay cash which I did not know about. It meant I had to go and find a bank to withdraw cash. It took overall longer than I had expected
I booked in with Sydney as she cut my hair last time and did a fantastic job. When I turned up though I was told that she was ill and I’d been rebooked with someone else. I panicked and went with it but wish I had asked to rebook, or that they had rung me to let me know before I arrived. I think that’s common practise..? The lady who cut my hair was very sweet but has didn’t follow my instructions to cut exactly the same, just shorter. It’s a completely different haircut and not what i wanted at all.
