Warm and welcoming staff. Lovely surroundings. Poor quality products, gel manicures that chip within days. I have tried them twice now.

I genuinely like this place, but my wax with Mihaela was disappointing. There was no compression after pulling the wax, no powder placed beforehand and she was waxing in large sections. It felt rushed nor did I feel comfortable. The silence was so loud. A review left by a woman called Hope was similar if not my exact experience- Traumatised. After the session, I could see there was still wax left that I ended up wiping myself.
