Had the facial with massage for the first time and Sandra was just great
Whilst the lady was lovely I wasn't happy with the technique of pulling off the wax. I complained many times that the wax was too hot but she continued although I asked if we could wait till the wax cooled down. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Amazing massage. Sandra was very friendly and asked me whether the pressure needed to be changed. I felt very relaxed!
