Basilio chopped a big chunk of my hair in the front despite my clear wishes at the consultation. Now I am left with unflattering hairstyle that will take months to grow back. Very upset.

I had an appointment for full head of highlights, cut and blow-dry. Basilio was very friendly, professional and he listened to what I wanted. He's also very quick and skilled and the hair turned out perfect! The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxed, as opposed to busy salons. Will definitely go there regularly from now on! :)
