As always the end result is amazing, my nails look great after a gel manicure here and even better they last nearly three weeks. On this occasion I will be honest it was totally unorganised when I arrived. All the manicure tables were full and there were three people waiting for appointments. I am not sure what the issue has been or was going on but there was next to no communication and we were all continually told it would be 5mins. There was a 10/15mins delay but if this had been communicated and explained I would have been fine with it as I suspect others would have been too. This is feedback so hopefully the same doesn't happen again.
I will be going back, the overall outcome is too good to put me off.
