The beautician was lovely and really friendly. She was efficient and had the appointment over within 20 minutes, and relatively painless. The only downside was I was then asked to pay more in cash just before I left, as I had apparently been given a Hollywood and only booked for a Brazilian. I thought this was incredibly cheeky, and I was just given it. I paid, but I will not be returning, even though the beautician was good. Shame - as it was the 2nd time I'd been there, and I would have been a good regular client.
