I’ve never actually had my nails done anywhere before so can’t compare to other experiences but I’m very pleased with results - love the colour and staff were friendly and efficient. Venue was peaceful and it was a calm experience! Will be returning.

I have been to Battersea nails and beauty a number of times, always for waxing. I have had a few different women and always booked through treatwell and requested the first available beautician. However, the past 2 times I have requested a specific lady because from my experience, she was the best however, I never get the lady I request, at first I thought I got her name wrong (I requested Sonia) so the second time I requested Kim but I got the same girl as I did when I requested Sonia and when I asked her her name she said it was Sagi.
This really isn't OK, I don't really trust treatwell and/or the salon itself as a result and this has significantly marred by previously great experience with treatwell. Please sort it out!
The wax itself was only ok, same with the eyebrow tinting, also was made to feel a bit self conscious when I was asked if I shape them myself and was told I don't do it very well. She also pointed out a pimple on my forehead. If we have a pimple on our head, most women are aware of it and don't need it pointing out!!!!

I usually get my lashes permed in my local area. This time I decided to try something else. The outcome was magnificent. My lashes were perfectly lifter and curled, even though they are natures very straight and stubborn. Definitely coming again!!!
