I had a Hollywood hot wax treatment with Kim and it was by far the best one I've had in London so far - quick, professional, well priced and relatively painless. Ended up also getting my eyebrows threaded too seeing how nice the therapists were and am very happy with the result. Will definitely be back.

Super quick gel nail treatment - the staff don't really speak to you, and chuckle amongst themselves which can be a touch offputting for the duration of the service. Other than that, great! Super friendly and reassuring during Waxing service (I'm a regular customer for this)
