Try to avoid peak times as they can be rushed and the quality drops a lot. My nails aren’t evenly painted, there are minor bumps and my nail technician forgot to give me a manicure as I’d paid for. They CAN be really good, but there standards drop at busy times, massively.

had great results from the first 2 visits, but bad ones from the last two. my last perm was done by at least 2 different staffs, the one who helped me set up the perm got the roller glued so hard on my eyes and the chemical was getting into my eyes...end result was a bit messy. never gonna give them another chance.
