I have been here many times before but this was the first time for nails. Normally the staff are very friendly however on this occasion I found my beautician rude and unpleasant. I could see they were very busy and appreciate this but I was made to feel like I was a inconvenience. I haven't had any issues in the past and probably will return in hope this was just a bad day!
