I arrived at 4:25 for my 4:30 appointment. Girl did not even talk to me when I told her my name. She pointed to the chair and everyone ignored me. At 4:50 (20 minutes after my appointment time) I started asking how much longer. At first I was ignored. The the girl went up to a door and listened in and said 5 minutes and then ignored me. I asked how she knew it was 5 minutes and that she should have told me when I arrived. She said she's with someone else. At 4:55 I said I can't wait any longer as it is nearly half an hour late and was ignored again and ignored as I got up and walked out. The worst customer experience in London by a mile.
