Overall very happy with my treatments! Very quick and painless (ha!) Hollywood wax. Only thing was the ladies who worked there were arguing really loudly about booking too many treatments with not enough staff - made me feel a bit awkward!

The staff are pleasant but the eyelash extensions are honestly The worst eyelash extensions I ever had all stuck together then coming out in bunches by week two even tough I paid for individual lashes 1-1 full set ; really bad value for money I'm
Very sad to say and Iv tried going back as a year ago they were okay but since last two visits from not good to very bad . I was told its new staff but Iv tried three different people now and won't be trying again unfortunately .
