I booked an appointment for gel infills. The nail technician who looked after me used acrylic on my nails and told me it's a new type of gel.... She used powder and a liquid which is CLEARLY ACRYLIC! Additionally she built my nails with acrylic on the top of the gel I already had on my nails.
When people give you money to offer them services, if you want to be called "professional" is advisable to be honest and to provide the service they've asked/paid you for.
The moral of the story is that 4 days after my appointment, my nails on the edges are already loose(that's why I requested gel- I'm having gel the last 3 years just because my nails can't hold the acrylic) and in two of my nails I have fungus because I'm a swimmer and I spent a lot of hours with my hands soak under the water.
Terrible experience and completely unprofessionals.
