I come here regularly for my spray tan and nails and its usually fine. But unfortunately this time was very different. I was left waiting for 35/40 minutes for my spray tan, none of the staff knew where the Spray tan lady was and I was just sat waiting around for an answer. Eventually one of the other staff members who does not do spray tans said she would do it. She hurried me to get undressed and walked in without knocking which is rude, She started spraying at me without asking me what shade I would like and she had no idea what she was doing! luckily I have monthly spray tans and stood in the correct positions. When I walked out I felt very uncomfortable as they (the staff) were all stood by the door waiting to leave, making me feel like it was my fault. The excuse was the usual spray tan lady was celebrating a religious holiday and didn't show up. I am disappointed nobody bothered to call me and let me know. Luckily the tan wasn't horrendous and turned out OK but wasn't the best. The experience wasn't great at all, waste of £20! Sorry but I will not be returning now.
