The beautician was nice & friendly, apologised for being behind schedule though I'm not sure it was her fault. Upstairs staff were a bit rude when I arrived 5 minutes earlier than my appointment (I'd rather be slightly early than late) they were running 20 minutes behind schedule with no mention of this when I arrived and no apology.
