I had a gel manicure which was great. Nails look fab and the hand massage at the end was a lovely touch.

Happy with quality of treatments but staff were really busy and a bit short - told me to go downstairs and get ready. When I went into the room the dirty paper on the bed was still there from somebody else's wax!
