My gell manicure was good and the place clean and quiet. No complaints, I will go back.

Had a Hollywood wax, they had clearly squeezed me in between other appointments as she was 20 mins late seeing to me and rushed the whole thing like I'd never experienced before! The wax was way too hot and it was burning me as she put it on, I said "it's too hot" but she did nothing about it, not even blow on it to cool it down before applying. She was dripping it all over the couch and my legs as she was going too fast to care. She then proceeded to wax me in just 4 massive chunks (instead of lots of small ones like usual) which was agonising and pulled the skin way too hard. Finally there were a lot of stray hairs remaining at the end. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.
