Very poor - rude customer service. Compared with other places locally, prices are crazy high (says 24£ on TW, 30£ when went to process card payment), especially given lack of service

Arrived early and was seen before my appointment time. Very quick waxing, pretty painless (a Hollywood is always going to sting in certain areas!) and has lasted well. Would definitely recommend, thank you ladies!
