Lady was lovely, very welcoming! Great pedicure Love the colour. Just a shame I got told it was dry and got home and now it's all smudged! Oh well :(

Very nice lady did my waxing, but let's be honest - wrapping paper on the walls as wallpaper is a bit weird, and for the amount I paid, I didn't expect to have quite that many areas of hair left on my legs. The lighting wasn't great and the bed is up against the wall so I can't blame her, but the downstairs room just isn't suitable for waxing at all - I'd actually expect a refund! I went on holiday the next day so couldn't even do anything about it and only saw the remaining hair when I got home and saw it in proper light. She was very kind when doing the Hollywood but there was still hair left.
