Staff always very friendly, treatment space downstairs and private. Did my eyelash extensions beautifully and really quickly. They’ve lasted three weeks so far which is longer than previous extensions on my lashes.

the wax was too hot. always use hot wax and have been waxed for more than 15 years. nothing as painful as this.

I had a Hollywood wax - quick and relatively pain-free; however, would have been better if the sticks were thrown away after each use rather than being dipped twice!
