The therapist was great and professional. The colour selection is immense, my nails however have chipped a little, but then again mine always do, so I blame myself rather than them for this.It would have been good to have been offered a drink, but beyond that I can't fault the experience.
I rarely write reviews but I was very disappointed in the service I received.
First I was made to wait 20 minutes before the treatment started which was fine considering the time of year. However once my first treatment started the beautician dissappeared for 20 minutes with no explanation. When she came back she informed me they were short staffed and that was the reason. It would have been good to know this before. However the thing I was most annoyed about was the Swedish massage I booked. The room was extremely cold and there was just a fan heater that stopped working every 5 minutes. The room was also very grotty. Additionally the massage was interrupted by very loud music and lots of background noise. Additionally the masseur changed half way through the treatment so I had two separate massuers. It was more like torture than an enjoyable massage and I had to ask for the treatment to be stopped half way through due to how cold it was. When I left the salon I felt the staff were laughing at me and no apology or even goodbye. I will definitely not be coming back to this place again. I spent over £100 for an unsatisfactory service.
Standard of waxing seems to have declined recently and after this visit there were a few parts that were missed. Hopefully this trend does not continue as this salon is very convenient for me and usually gives a good quality of service
