A regular in the last (mostly out of convenience) but the service is horrendous! Only can be described as ‘not giving a sh**’ no sense of urgency when customers have been waiting for their appointment slot. I would hazard a guess that they accept too many bookings then make people wait. Have witnessed numerous other disgruntled customers on my recent visits too. Under stronger management it would be so much better as the pedicures and lashes are pretty good!
