Friendly staff who are very professional and take their time with the little details but are also quick
Nice salon, quick service. The downside was my manicure. I had regular polish and started chipping after a day. Lasts longer if I put it on myself. pedicure was excellent
I went there for a mani and pedi. Linda who did my pedi was really good, chatty enough and i think she did a thorough job. However, the guy (who i think is the boss) did a below average job on my nails - standing whilst my feet were being done. Even though i explained that my nails are weak and all that really mattered to me was to get them lengthened the same etc. he ignored it completely and rushed the manicure (even though i had the appointment booked). The nail varnish did not even last 12 hours and that was without doing an heavy duty work, my nails are not the same length as each other and most aren't even straight - which has caused them to chip and break even more now! I will never consider in going back there for a mani.
A lovely lady waxed my legs and she did it brilliantly, hardly hurt at all. She was especially good as I couldn't lie in the normal positions due to being 6 months pregnant so it was a bit awkward for her but nothing was missed :)
Had light blue shellac done Monday, by Wednesday they had started to turn a weird brown colour at the tips. I do not smoke nor used fake tan so I have no idea why. I have contacted the salon but am yet to hear back about it :(
