The venue is a bit odd... I was taken down into the basement of the nail bar, and shown to a bed behind a curtain. The decor was a little shabby and I noticed a lot of wax on the floor as I was getting undressed. The therapist was fine, and I was happy with the waxing. I did find the loud conversations being carried on just behind the curtain a little disconcerting, as I laid on the bed with everything on show(!) but thankfully no-one actually came in! I went to pay on leaving the venue and was told that they did not accept card payments, so I had to walk a few minutes down the road to an ATM, and back again. It would've been nice to have known that beforehand, as I would've made sure I had cash with me. The following day I had an email from Treatwell saying that I had missed my appointment, which came as rather a surprise... thankfully I was able to rectify the situation with Treatwell directly, but I was disappointed to have been noted as a no-show by the salon.

Another good visit to this salon. Had gel nails hands and feet, the staff here are real perfectionists they don't let you leave until your nails are perfect. It's always quite busy even on a weekday night I had to wait even though I had an appointment but they make you comfortable and get to you as soon as they can. Will come again and would recommend.
