Very cramped space. Quite noisy. Strong smell of nail varnish as no doors separating downstairs. Staff are really nice, just the facilities need work doing to modernise.

I usually have a great experience here but I went today and had a girl I had never used before. The result of my shellac manicure is terrible - lumpy as she put too much on and it's gone all over my hands. She kept telling me to relax my hand while squeezing each of my fingers to the inch of their life and pulling them in the wrong direction of movement.....pretty hard to relax during that. I am really disappointed with the state of my nails, usually love this place but today has been shocking.

I go regularly for eyebrow threading and they also do a great job. I've recently been going for shellac and last time it lasted for about 3 weeks and still looked perfect.
