Staff were rude, they had over booked so i waited nearly an hour without them explaining or apologising once. They then spilt water from the foot bowl of another person onto my handbag and shoes and did apologise either. I have been here a few times given the value for money and location but each time has had a disappointing outcome.

Staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable (my first time waxing). The results were pretty good, definitely worth the money.

Really friendly service. Only thing is it took longer than expected. Also they are slightly pricier than other local salons. Good experience none the less.
