I love this salon and really hate to criticise it but unfortunately my nails were really not the standard I would expect - extremely thick and uneven. Luckily when I pointed it out they were extremely apologetic and even stayed past closing to re-do my nails from scratch. Will still revisit as normally have a great experience here and all staff are lovely but this time was disappointing

Staff are always lovely and always such good attention to detail. Never feels like they’re in a rush to get you out. Always come back!

This was probably one of the best results from an eye lash perm treatment I've ever had! The staff were warm and welcoming even with the salon being busy. The lady carrying out the treatment was nice and professional. It took longer than an hour but the results are worth it! I have Asian lashes so perming makes a world of a difference. I'll most definitely be returning for this treatment! Thank you
