I've always been really happy with the eyebrow tint, today I went and it was a different lady- doesn't even look like they've been done. She just rushed it completely

I showed up to the appointment I booked two weeks in advance. I wanted a spray tan as I was going on holiday the next day. When I showed up they told me to take a seat. I sat for 15mins before someone came up and told me they will have to cancel my appointment because the spray tan machine wasn't working.
This was the second time I had visited the salon. The first time I waited an hour outside the salon because the lady with the keys was stuck in traffic. The staff were very blunt and non apologetic in both cases. I would give their customer service a zero out of ten.
