Normally love this venue but was not happy this time - had a nail technician I had not seen before, she had clammy hands and used her fingernails to scrape off my old shellac which was horrible. She was also too rough when filing and seemed generally quite clumsy- getting nail polish on my fingers quite a few times. Overall the nails seemed okay when they were done but not up to the usual standards of this place.
